April: Good Friday Childrens
Activities Morning 10am–12noon for
ages 4–11 years, in the Old School Hall, Almondsbury. Phone 613223
to book your place! Crafts
include egg painting, Easter Garden making, biscuit decorating, flag‑waving worship, card
making. At 11:15 all parents and
adults are welcome to join us for coffee and hot cross buns, and a
short service to remember Good Friday, led by Rev Philip Rowe (with the
children taking part). A new Parenting
Course: 21st Century Parent, ideal for parents and carers of teens (or
soon-to-be-teens). Its an 8-week course, based round a DVD presentation
(with Rob Parsons) followed by an informal discussion. Contact Alison Rowe

the popular Parentalk parent-craft course, which is
based around videos and informal discussion, and aims to help parents make the
most of every stage of their child's growing up. Come and share your
experiences, learn from each other and discover some principles for
parenthood. Bring your babies and pre-school children along too! Phone Alison
